These terms apply to work carried out by Neatly Done, mastic man, serving Milton Keynes.
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Quotes are based on the information provided at time of enquiry — if additional work is found to be necessary once we start, we will let you know before proceeding.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. We accept bank transfer and cash. VAT is not charged unless stated on your quote.
Please ensure we have clear access to the work area on the day. Any delays caused by restricted access may affect the completion time or incur additional costs. If preparatory work is required before we can start, please arrange this in advance.
Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. We carry public liability insurance — please ask if you would like details.
